Christmas is a season of love, sharing and bringing joy to the needy. With this spirit in my mind, I organized football Jerseys and shorts so that the children from disadvantaged backgrounds could also experience the joy of the season. When Dirk came to Kenya, he visited the slums where he met these children and personally handed over the jerseys and shorts. The Jerseys made the children feel seen, valued and included.

Since Dirk had also bought footballs, he organized a small football tournament for them. The children played with great excitement, laughter and energy, fully enjoying the game and the moment. For many of them, it was more than just football, it was a chance to feel a sense of belonging and happiness. After the game, Dirk took the children out for lunch, which made the day even more special. Their smiles and joy showed just how meaningful the day was to them. It was truly a memorable Christmas experience, filled with love and happiness.
