On Tuesday the 4th was Kevin’s birthday but since it was a school day I decided to take his birthday gift to him on Saturday when he was at home. So I went to the bookshop and bought three books that he needed for his studies then later went to his home and presented the gifts to him.

On Wednesday I went shopping for uniforms and school shoes for the Hope and Home Kindergarten kids, couldn’t take them with me for the shopping because they had classes going on. So I took their uniform and shoe sizes and I bought them then later took them to the Hope and Home.

On Friday I went to Nyeri and I bought a birthday gift for Mary Ann, then later I took it to her. She was really happy and she says thank you to the Wiggenhauser Family and may God bless them.

The kindergarten was started by a lady called Susan Wanjiru who had a passion for helping homeless children.

Just got done with the third sustainability project of Josephine who is into the business of selling a type of Kenyan food called mukimo in the market.
I accompanied her to the market and we bought the maize and beans which she mixes together, boils them for a few hours then adds some traditional vegetables and when they get cooked she mashes them and later packs it in a backet and goes to the market to sell.
